My Turkey Collection
Hello. Welcome to my page of pictures of my turkey collection. I take it you came here to see some pretty cool turkeys eh? Ok, I won't flatter myself...I'll let you do that. Just kidding.
Well, I'll let you get to seeing them now...Let me know that you think please by e-mailing me.
This is my very first turkey. I made it roughly two (2) years ago. I was sitting in my room bored out of my mind and I was playing with clay. I'm not good at art at all so everything I was doing was completely hideous. It was almost Thanksgiving, and I don't remember how, but the idea to attempt to make a turkey came to me. I tried it, and it came out surprisingly good.

Compared to my recent works of art, this turkey looks really bad, but considering the fact that this was two (2) years ago (well, three (3) Thanksgiving of 2000), and considering the fact that it was my first one, it's good. Be gentle.
This is the second turkey I made. This time, I was sitting in my room and I felt like playing with clay. I only had these few neon colors, so I decided to make a colorful turkey. I was just doing it to kill time. I didn't think it would start a trend with me. Well, I made the turkey (it came out really good) and I put it on the shelf next to my TV. Well, after looking at it for a little while I realized that it looked like a hippie because of all the colors, so I got some left over clay and made the flower for it's back tail, and decided to give him a necklace, which is that green peace sign. I was talking to my boyfriend and I came up with a bunch (about 20) ideas for other possible turkeys and I wrote them down. My dad took me to buy clay, and I was on my way. (Hey, that rhymes!)

Incase you're wondering, i decided to put my own little trademark on all my turkeys. They all have a necklace that indicates what kind of turkey they are (as if you couldn't already tell...). Well, I liked the idea after making "Hippie", so I decided to stick with it.
